Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotions.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide further instructions if applicable.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
