Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14–21 days of delivery.
Return requests submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

All returns require approval prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for return, items must be received in strictly resalable condition, including:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Free from stains, odors, makeup, or damage

  • Original tags fully attached

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase provided

Items that do not meet these standards will be declined.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or variation, please return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Discounted or marked-down merchandise

  • Promotional or limited-release items

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate or hygienic items

Final sale status is indicated at the time of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)

If approved, we will provide a resolution which may include replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Damage resulting from wear, misuse, alteration, or improper care is not considered defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless an item is confirmed defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for:

  • Lost returns

  • Delayed shipments

  • Damage during return transit

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Inspection & Approval

All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt.

Items must arrive in resalable condition. Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or non-compliance will be declined and returned.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns from accounts demonstrating excessive return activity.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days after approval

  • Financial institutions may require additional time to post funds
